FMO Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled FMO Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient inspection and repair of railcars at our location. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe performance of duties by employees, training and development, and maintaining positive employee relations.

• Ensure the safe performance of duties by employees in accordance with Safety Policies.
• Train and develop employees in the proper inspection and repair of railcars in compliance with current Company and Industry standards.
• Maintain positive employee relations and ensure conformance to Human Resource Policy and Procedures.
• Ensure efficient and productive operation in accordance with Company goals.
• Manage expenses related to the location's operations and distribution of labor.
• Act as local liaison to host railroad, AAR, and FRA.
• Supervise employees represented by labor organization.

• Associate's degree (AA) desirable and one to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work in a general office environment with moderate noise level and occasional outdoor environment with infrequent high noise level.
• Correctable vision required for close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception vision capabilities, and ability to adjust focus.
