About the Role

Marotta Controls is seeking a highly skilled Reliability and Safety Engineer to join our team of experts in the aerospace and defense industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing reliable and safe systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct system safety assessments and reliability predictions for new development programs.
  • Perform failure mode analyses and generate reports for IPT and customer review.
  • Develop and implement reliability, maintainability, and safety strategies for complex systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate safety critical items and non-conformances.
  • Review and analyze customer requirements for reliability, safety, and maintainability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • At least 1 year of experience in reliability and safety engineering in the aerospace industry.
  • Strong knowledge of reliability analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
