About the Role
This Hardware Support Engineer position requires a dynamic individual to collaborate closely with hardware and software engineers, as well as our sustaining and manufacturing teams. You'll work on ensuring the quality and reliability of our hardware products, working hands-on in a lab environment and using advanced diagnostic tools to support cutting-edge networking solutions.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of relevant experience in hardware lab environments, including proficiency with oscilloscopes and multimeters. Hands-on expertise in reworking connectors, ICs, and passive components is also required.
