Cancer Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our Oncology team at Ascension Seton. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality medical services.
Job Responsibilities- You will obtain patient history and perform assessments, ordering diagnostic procedures as needed.
- Provide direct treatment and management of health conditions, documenting all interactions with patients and their families.
- Offer counseling and education on preventative health, treatment options, and community resources.
- Perform preventative health assessments, screenings, immunizations, and other necessary care.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Requirements- A Master's degree in Nursing is required for Nurse Practitioners.
- Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing.
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 3 Months (90days) of hire date or job transfer date.
- Certified Physician Assistant credentied from the National Commission on Certification of PhysicianAssistants (NCCPA).
We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
In addition to your annual salary, you may be eligible for bonuses, profit-sharing, and retirement plans.
