Core Driller

We are seeking a skilled Core Driller to join our team at Vulcan Materials Company. As a key member of our mining operations, you will be responsible for drilling core samples and maintaining drilling equipment.

• Champion Safety: Prioritize safety throughout the operation and ensure all drilling standards are followed.
• Drill Core Samples: Operate portable rotary drill to obtain core samples and maintain accurate drill logs.
• Inspect and Maintain Equipment: Inspect and maintain drill mechanisms, lubricant systems, and fluid levels.
• Complete Reports: Pre-shift and post-shift Safety inspections and complete core drilling reports as required.

• Experience: Core drilling experience in the Mining or Aggregates industry is preferred.
• Flexibility: Must be able to work overtime and extended hours depending on company demands.
• Valid CDL License: Must have a valid or be able to obtain a Class B CDL License.
