Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and serve customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional image at all times.
  • Perform cash handling duties accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and visually appealing food mart, including stocking displays and coolers.
  • Assist with visual communications, including setting up promotional signage and ensuring prices are displayed correctly.
  • Perform food and beverage handling duties, including preparing and serving hot food and beverages.
  • Conduct cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform maintenance and cleanliness duties, including sweeping and mopping floors and cleaning restrooms.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Basic aptitude and understanding of POS systems preferred.
  • Some customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Adaptability, multi-tasking, and sound decision-making abilities required.
  • Computer proficiency required.
Working Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced gas station with a food mart, and will be required to work any shift, Sunday to Saturday, to support the company's business needs.

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly and professionally, and maintain a positive and professional image at all times.
