Key Responsibilities- Customer Centric Experience: Provide a positive and engaging customer experience by acknowledging and engaging every customer, utilizing the selling program to promote sales, and maintaining awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, and sales and loyalty programs.
- Store Operations Commitment: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhere to signage labeling and merchandise presentation standards, and follow established sorting and stocking guidelines.
- Print and Tech Expertise: Develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through sales and service tools, and continually educate yourself in areas such as technology and print products.
- Sales Techniques: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and support the company's loss prevention efforts.
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
- No previous experience required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use technology for information and documentation.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for establishing a selling relationship with clients and other associates.
- Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete documentation and process inventory.
