Position Overview

As a key member of the avionics team, you will be tasked with the maintenance and installation of advanced avionics systems. This role involves intricate troubleshooting, testing, and repair of various avionics equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize a range of Digital and Analog Test Equipment for effective line troubleshooting of sophisticated avionics systems.
  • Perform minor metal repairs, including the extraction of faulty screws and the replacement of racks.
  • Adjust and calibrate aircraft compass systems to ensure accurate navigation.
  • Employ aircraft wiring diagrams and manufacturer installation manuals to diagnose and resolve aircraft system issues.
  • Carry out installations and conduct both ground and flight checks of all avionics systems.
  • Adhere to FAA and Dassault standards in all work performed.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance in interactions with customers, guests, and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Completion of an electronics or avionics technical program or equivalent practical experience.
  • A minimum of two years of experience as an Avionics Technician within a business jet environment.
  • Possession of personal tools necessary for the role.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
