2. Conduct repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and various other systems as required.
3. Maintain and restore building interiors and exteriors, including tasks such as painting, carpentry, and drywall work.
4. Address maintenance requests promptly and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
5. Keep precise records of maintenance activities and materials utilized.
6. Collaborate with property management and other staff to ensure smooth property operations.
