Job Responsibilities

Our Roto-Rooter plumbing apprentices/service technicians use their skills to provide solutions to plumbing and drain problems. A typical service call begins with diagnosing problems, then providing cost estimates to close the sale. The necessary repairs are made for the customer, and documentation of estimates and invoices is completed both in writing and on a provided smartphone. Finally, payment collection and moving on to the next service call is essential.
