Ice Ribbon Attendant

We are seeking friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Ice Ribbon Attendants at Herriman City's Ice Ribbon. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our visitors, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

The Ice Ribbon Attendant will be responsible for assisting with skate rentals, providing information to customers, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This is a seasonal position, and we are looking for individuals who are available to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with skate rentals, including checking out and returning skates, and answering questions about equipment and services.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including sweeping and cleaning the ice surface, and disposing of trash and recyclables.
• Monitor the ice surface to ensure that it is safe for visitors, and report any hazards or issues to management.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and provide a positive experience for visitors.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to speak and understand Spanish.
