Job Title: Travel Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at a reputable Skilled Nursing Facility in Vallejo, California.

About the Job

This is a 13-week contract position, working 40 hours per week, with a competitive pay package and tax-free stipend. As a Travel Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to help patients achieve their goals
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care and communication
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
  • Current state license in good standing with the State License Board and up-to-date state and contract-required competency tests and credentials
  • Current hands-on CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association
