Key Responsibilities- Provide patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Address the physical, psychosocial, and religious/cultural needs of patients and families.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team about changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Successful completion of a Nursing Diploma Program or an associate degree in nursing from an accredited school.
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) within 30 days of hire.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 6 months of employment for Superflex RN positions.
- Current North Carolina or compact state Registered Nurse license.
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
