Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at Trinity Health. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech-language pathology services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Speech-Language Pathology Services
    • Consult with patients and their families to assess communication and cognitive-communication deficits
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication and cognitive-communication deficits
    • Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and home health
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Providers
    • Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for patients
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Meet Quality and Safety Standards
    • Meet and exceed standards of practice for speech-language pathology services
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
Requirements
  • Licensure and Certification
    • Current licensure to practice speech-language pathology in the state of North Dakota
    • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be in the process of completing the required clinical fellowship year
  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree in Speech Pathology
    • Satisfactory performance in the practices of speech-language pathology at prior worksites and/or various clinical sites during academic years of training
  • Skills and Training
    • Basic Life Support (CPR) certification
