Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience installing residential and commercial HVAC systems in new construction and service settings.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide installation teams effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation, ensuring clear communication and addressing client concerns promptly.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
  • RMGA and EPA certifications are highly desirable.
