Role Overview:

As a Financial Services Consultant at Northwestern Mutual, you will assist clients in enhancing their financial well-being through tailored financial planning solutions. Compensation & Benefits:

Financial Representatives can expect a rewarding compensation structure:

Average vs Top 25% vs Top 10%
Year 1 | $78,939 - $168,306 - $238,982
Year 5+ | $306,679 - $726,808 - $1,113,953
