Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated professional with excellent communication skills, a caring chair-side manner, and strong clinical skills. As an endodontic associate, you will work closely with our lead partner doctor to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the growth and success of our practice.

Responsibilities
  • Reports to and is mentored by the lead partner doctor.
  • Helps set the tone in the office and builds and maintains a positive office culture.
  • Sets clear expectations and provides training and coaching to the clinical team on clinical processes and preferences.
  • Markets to new and existing referrals.
  • Examines, diagnoses, and treats the nerve and dental tissue of patients' teeth.
  • Administers anesthetics.
  • Performs root canals and various endodontic surgeries, such as apicoectomies.
  • Addresses traumatic dental injuries.
  • Stays up-to-date with new trends and developments in the field.
Qualifications
  • Surgical experience is preferred.
  • DDS or DMD with a completed certificate of residency from an accredited endodontic residency program.
