Machine Technician

We are seeking a skilled Machine Technician to join our team at Jetson Specialty Marketing. As a Machine Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the seamless functioning of all equipment/machinery and fostering operations teams.

• Respond to and troubleshoot sources of problems on mail machines.
• Provide support and answer questions from operators and other technicians.
• Perform timely preventative inspections and maintenance on machines, equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Report to Supervisors on performance of machines, jobs, and operators.
• Connect with vendors and suppliers for guidance when needed.
• Conserve maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of experience working in a Machine Technician role.
• One or more years of experience in a print or mail industry preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate solid mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
• Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliance and regulations.
