We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at GardaWorld in Kingwood, TX. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, observing and reporting on activity at your assigned location, and responding to critical situations in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a safe and secure environment for clients and employees.
  • Observe and report on activity at your assigned location, including any suspicious behavior or incidents.
  • Respond to critical situations in a timely and effective manner, using your knowledge and training to resolve the situation.
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and operate multiline phone systems to ensure a prompt response to any incidents.
  • Patrol on foot and/or in vehicle to secure the facility and prevent any potential security threats.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent (GED) and a state security license.
  • Experience in high rise and/or office environments (Class A) and a valid driver's license without Restriction B.
  • Ability to climb stairs, walk, and/or stand for long periods of time and have reliable transportation.
  • At least 21 years of age and able to demonstrate stable work history.
  • Experience dealing with Class A clientele and understanding of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
