Yard Driver

We are seeking a skilled Yard Driver to join our team at Lineage Logistics. As a Yard Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving trailers to and from dock doors, following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

• Check and set trailer and yard temperature, adding fuel as needed
• Perform daily inspections on spotter truck and equipment
• Report defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damages to vehicles and/or equipment
• Maintain logs of trailer movements and fuel
• Communicate with departments on daily trailer movements

• Check trailer inventory and report irregularities on log forms
• Perform sanitation duties on trailers as assigned

• 6 months operating tractor trailers and/or heavy equipment experience
• Ability to understand instructions in English
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and shift, including weekends
