Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role ranges from $125,000 to $750,000, impacted by factors such as specialty, experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience, and productivity.
Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing departmental clinical and educational activities, supervising professional staff, managing faculty appointments, and collaborating with administrative and nursing leadership. Additionally, they will develop policies, procedures, and practices to ensure high-quality patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be considered for this position, candidates must hold an M.D. degree or equivalent, complete residency with Board Certification, and maintain current licensure in the State of New York. Outstanding organizational, communication, and management skills, as well as ability to work collaboratively with staff, are essential.
