Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor - Physical Therapist to join our team at Interim HealthCare - Ringling Group. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality physical therapy services to our patients in their homes. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of physical therapists to ensure they meet and exceed standards for safe, effective, and efficient clinical practice.
- Conduct ongoing interdisciplinary assessments of patients to ensure their needs are met and goals are achieved.
- Develop and implement education programs for patients, families, and caregivers to promote patient progress and independence.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, rules, and regulations.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program and active PT license in Colorado.
- Minimum of three (3) years of physical therapy experience in home healthcare, with at least two (2) years of management experience.
- CPR Certification (demonstration course required).
- Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.
- Clinical proficiency in nursing specialty, strong communication skills, and compassion.
