Froster

The Nothing Bundt Cakes Froster is responsible for creating high-quality cakes that meet our guests' expectations. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and a commitment to excellence in the workplace.

• Follows proprietary frosting recipes and application methods to achieve productivity goals.
• Utilizes measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers, and pastry bags to frost cakes.
• Prioritizes cake pre-orders and frosts cakes for walk-in guest orders accordingly.
• Maintains an adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes in the bakery display case.
• Ensures proper packaging, labeling, and storage of frosted cakes and maintains frosting and refrigeration logs.
• Monitors inventory of frosting supplies and notifies management when replenishment is required.
• Evaluates baked and frosted cakes to ensure they meet NbC standards and informs management of any quality control issues.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and restocks the workstation, ensuring frosting supplies are prepared for the next shift.
• Complies with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures.
• Maintains a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.

Must have the flexibility to work busy holiday seasons based on changing business demands. Morning shifts are 9:00am - 3:00/4:00pm, and afternoon shifts are 3:00/4:00pm - 8:30pm. Saturday and Sunday availability is required.

Currently looking for (1) applicant with morning availability and (1) applicant with afternoon availability.

Compensation: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
