Job Description

CrossMed - Cath Lab is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team on a travel assignment in Reno, NV. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and technical expertise in a fast-paced cath lab environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to physicians during interventional radiology procedures
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Monitor and report patient responses to interventions
  • Administer medications as ordered and document patient information
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Transport patients as needed

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in interventional radiology or a related field
  • Graduate from an accredited school of radiologic technology
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, push, bend, and pull
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
