The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will play a critical part in scaling our mission-critical project offering, developing, selling, and supporting the delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery of electrical systems concepts for mission-critical projects
  • Support development of best-in-class design delivery with internal and external partners
  • Engage in all aspects of project planning and delivery
  • Prepare proposals effectively aligning scopes and fees
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Mentor Entry Level Associates and Lead Engineers
Requirements
  • Professional Engineering designation
  • Confident in presenting to clients and guiding their teams to successful program outcomes
  • Comfortable with public speaking engagements and representation of the company locally and nationally on energy efficiency topics
  • Demonstrated proficiency in design complex power and other building systems, including generator plants, medium voltage distribution, uninterruptible power systems, lighting, fire alarm, and grounding
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software (SKM, ETAP, Easy Power, etc.) to review/prepare studies such as load flow studies, fault calculations, Arc Flash, overcurrent coordination studies, duct bank calculations, harmonic studies, etc.
