Responsibilities- Provide leadership and facilitate the delivery of professional nursing care.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Implement medically prescribed interventions and delegate tasks to ensure seamless care.
- Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program with a 5-year completion deadline.
- Preferred Education: Master's in Nursing.
- Required License/Certifications: Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing and BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
- Preferred License/Certifications: National Certification in area of specialty.
- Required Experience: One year of hospital nursing experience.
