**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Intervention Specialist to join our team at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. As a Family Intervention Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct services to children and families as guided by program requirements and an Individualized Service Plan.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide direct services to children and families as guided by program requirements and an Individualized Service Plan
* Adhere to the YAP wraparound advocacy model of service with the integration of interventions deemed appropriate by the Individualized Service Plan
* Maintain fidelity to both YAP's model and the interventions selected for each family

**Requirements:**

* Master's Degree preferred, Bachelor's degree required in social work, counseling, psychology or a related field
* At least one (1) year experience working with children and families
* Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance coverage
