Overview

At HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and improving the lives of our community. We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist CRT PRN to join our team.

Responsibilities

As a Respiratory Therapist CRT PRN, you will be responsible for evaluating the respiratory needs of patients and developing and implementing the Respiratory Care Plan based on Clinical Practice Guidelines. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in respiratory care and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. You will need to have a completion of an AMA-approved respiratory care program (Associates Degree); Bachelor Degree preferred, and a minimum of one year experience in clinical respiratory therapy preferred. You will also need to have current Florida state license, CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) certification through the NBRC (National Board for Respiratory Care), and current BLS (Basic Life Support); or BLS, ACLS, PALS Instructor, all cards issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
