Precision Machinist

Job Impulse - Flint is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts for various industries.

• Programming and Operation: Program and operate CNC machines using G-Code to produce precision parts.
• Machine Setup: Perform machine setups for production runs, ensuring efficient and accurate production.
• Machining Operations: Operate CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) and CNC Lathe (5+ axis) to produce complex parts.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards, maintaining a high level of precision and accuracy.
• Work Environment: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety protocols and regulations.

• Experience: Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, with a strong background in GD&T and G-Code programming.
• Skills: Proficiency in GD&T, G-Code programming, and experience with CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) and CNC Lathe (5+ axis).
• Qualifications: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• GD&T: Proficiency in GD&T, ensuring accurate production and quality control.
• G-Code: Strong G-Code programming skills, enabling efficient and accurate production.
• Machine Setups: Experience with machine setups for production runs, ensuring efficient and accurate production.

• CNC Mill: Experience with CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC), producing complex parts with high precision.
