Job SummaryEaton's IS AER FMC division is currently seeking a skilled Assembler/Tester B to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the production of high-quality mechanical assemblies.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and test routine mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and top assemblies of simple to moderate product lines.
- Ensure activities are performed correctly and proper tooling and documentation is used.
- Organize data and prepare test reports.
- Perform lock wire/safety wire and nameplate.
- Proactively identify best practices and contribute to process improvements.
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years in assembly within a manufacturing, aerospace, or military environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of testing one or more of the following: mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or electromechanical assemblies.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in aerospace manufacturing.
- Associates degree in a technical field.
- Experience in assembly and testing of hydraulic and electromechanical actuators and working knowledge of hydraulic test equipment.
