Brilliant Earth is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Showroom Coordinator to join our team in Boston. As a key member of our showroom team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, supporting daily operations, and upholding the highest standards of visual merchandising and retail operations.

• Deliver personalized and memorable experiences for Brilliant Earth customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment in our showroom.
• Greet and engage with guests, providing exceptional service and creating a positive first impression.
• Manage inventory, reconcile product shipments, and maintain an organized packaging area to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Facilitate appointments, manage visual merchandising, and maintain a luxury environment in the showroom, adhering to operational policies and procedures.
• Assist walk-in clients, match them with available sales representatives, or schedule return visits, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
• Consistently seek ways to improve the customer experience, adding value to the sales team, and upholding the highest standards of customer service.

• Robust customer service skills and experience working in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
• A dedicated desire to connect with customers, solve problems, and create lasting positive experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
