Key Responsibilities:

  • Department Leadership: Lead a team of Partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and a well-stocked department.
  • Customer Service: Provide superior customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop Partners to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Scheduling: Assist with scheduling work and ensuring that the department is adequately staffed at all times.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with managing inventory levels to ensure that the department is well-stocked and that we are not overstocked or understocked.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years of leadership experience in a retail or food service environment.
  • Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail or food service environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with Partners, customers, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
