We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ridgeview and Ridgewood Health Services. As a RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and conduct thorough nurse assessments
  • Oversee and direct the nursing team on your unit
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Manage administrative duties such as charting, documentation, and staff scheduling
  • Mentor and support nursing assistants in upholding the highest standards of quality care

Requirements
  • Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license
