We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ridgeview and Ridgewood Health Services. As a RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Administer medications and conduct thorough nurse assessments
- Oversee and direct the nursing team on your unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Manage administrative duties such as charting, documentation, and staff scheduling
- Mentor and support nursing assistants in upholding the highest standards of quality care

What We Offer- Competitive pay ranging from $28 to $45 per hour
- Flexible positions available, including 7 AM - 3 PM, 3 PM - 11 PM, and 11 PM - 7 AM shifts
- Extended 12-hour shifts available

- Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license
