Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at North Shore Healthcare Support Center. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the RN Unit Manager or DON
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull patients as needed
