Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Interventional Radiographer to join our team on a 13-week contract basis. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to work with cutting-edge equipment and technology, collaborate with experienced radiologists, and provide top-notch care to patients in need.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per yearThis salary estimate is based on the location, industry standards, and your level of experience as an Interventional Radiographer. With Focus Staff, you can expect a competitive compensation package that includes health insurance coverage, 401k matching, and new licensing reimbursement.
Responsibilities- Perform a variety of complex specialized tasks in operating radiographic equipment to perform vascular and neuroradiology angiographic and interventional procedures.
- Monitor and ensure equipment performance to specification.
- Develop and maintain skills in various clinical systems, including McKesson RIS, Physician Portal, PCM, PMM, Kronos, PACS, PHS, Teletrak, and others.
- Assist radiologists in performing exams, providing clinical excellence, and ensuring relevant exam information is captured at the time of the exam.
- Proven experience as an Interventional Radiographer.
- Independent decision-making skills.
- Solid understanding of patient safety and precautions.
- Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
- Ability to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees.
- Meet all local health regulations and successfully complete a post-offer health assessment.
