**Compensation Package:**

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $25,600 for part-time positions in Reno, Nevada. This figure is based on the hourly rate of $12.50 and assuming 20 hours of work per week throughout the academic year.

**Job Description:**

As a Campus Retail Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience at our campus store. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Providing superior customer service to students, faculty, and staff while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere*

* Assisting with processing sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments*

* Supporting store operations by taking initiative to operate equipment and cash registers efficiently and accurately*

* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment by shelving, arranging, and cleaning products and space*

* Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs*

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

* Basic math skills for accurate handling of cash and credit transactions*

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and colleagues*

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment*

* Strong attention to detail for maintaining a well-organized store environment*

* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules*
