Responsibilities:
  • Assess and prioritize patients' needs, developing individualized plans of care

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatments

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 1 year of recent acute care experience in Medical-Surgical Telemetry and an active RN license.
