Position Overview

Saco Bay PT is on the lookout for a dedicated Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist.

Our facility is seeking a full-time, empathetic, and motivated licensed Physical Therapist to deliver outstanding patient care. Our practice environment provides an excellent opportunity to offer skilled treatment to our patients while expanding your professional practice with a leading provider in outpatient physical therapy.

Additional Information: Our established clinic is situated in a picturesque coastal town, drawing both tourists and seasonal residents. We foster a collaborative team atmosphere that promotes mentorship and clinical advancement. Opportunities for specialization abound, including a yearly orthopedic residency for our staff, as well as training in pelvic health, vestibular/vertigo conditions, and our ReVital Cancer Care initiative. We are in search of a Physical Therapist and provide leadership development training through various avenues.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

PRN and part-time positions are also available.

Compensation: Salary potential up to $100k, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and comply with state practice regulations governing physical therapy practice and supervision.
  • Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical training, ensuring compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
  • Assess, treat, and manage treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy, clearly documenting the medical necessity.
  • Maintain respectful and open communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payers.
  • Participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.
Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
  • Valid Physical Therapist License in the state.
  • Current CPR certification is mandatory.
