Pizza Chef

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Chef to join our dedicated kitchen staff at Brickstone Pizza and subs. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in our professional kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Prepare all served food to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Menu Planning: Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours, ensuring that our menu items are consistently available and of the highest quality.
• Culinary Knowledge: Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions to ensure that our dishes are consistently prepared to our high standards.
• Equipment Operation: Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all sanitation and food production codes.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances to ensure that our kitchen remains a safe and healthy environment.

Qualifications:

• Culinary Experience: Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or other related fields is essential for this role.
• Culinary Knowledge: Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques is also essential for this role.
