As a Registered Nurse, you'll have the opportunity to care for patients with a variety of illnesses, injuries, and diseases in a range of settings, including clinics, medical offices, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, and schools. You'll work closely with physicians and oversee LPNs, CNAs, and aides to provide exceptional patient care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Examining patients, conducting assessments, and documenting condition
• Reviewing, interpreting, and transcribing physician orders
• Administering medication and operating medical equipment
• Maintaining a safe environment

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Minnesota
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a medical facility
• CPR certification
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, and good communication skills
