Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Field Engineer to join our team based out of our Miami, FL or Tampa, FL locations. This role involves extensive travel within the region to gain real-world construction engineering and management experience.

Responsibilities
  • Travel extensively within the region to gain hands-on experience in geotechnical and deep foundation construction
  • Develop and implement construction plans and schedules
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project success
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • BS Degree in Engineering (Civil preferred) or Construction Management
  • Sound technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Commercial instincts and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to travel extensively for up to three years
