Work Schedule: 1st Shift, Sunday - Thursday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
As the Supply Chain Operations Analyst, you will monitor trends, compile data, and provide updates to senior management on suggested enhancements. Your insights will play a crucial role in shaping a successful future for GXO Logistics, our workforce, and yourself.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $65,459 - $81,821. This range reflects the potential compensation for this role at the time of posting and may be adjusted in the future. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and additional benefits for eligible employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aggregate, monitor, analyze, and report on operational data from various sources.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Equip operations management and process managers with tools to identify issues in real-time and respond promptly.
- Develop tools, reports, and techniques, and assist in implementing reporting systems for operational support, ensuring consistency and standardized formatting.
- Review and enhance reporting and processes as necessary.
At a minimum, you will need:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work or military experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in supply chain management and distribution systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Access, and Project.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong documentation and control skills, driven by a commitment to continuous process improvement and successful project execution.
- Attention to detail and a desire to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Robust organizational and analytical skills.
