Job SummaryThe Cultivation Agent will be responsible for providing on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens, ensuring plant health, and maintaining quality control measures. This role requires effective time-management skills, ability to multi-task, and physical stamina to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
Key Responsibilities- Plant Care: Ensure plant health by pruning, topping, trimming, and monitoring plant production and quality control measures in accordance with Cresco Labs policy.
- Facility Cleaning: Perform all assigned duties to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility, including the safe disposal of waste.
- Reports and Documentation: Assist the Cultivation Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest by ensuring proper and accurate documentation for applicable activities.
- Two years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption.
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
