Lead Pharmacy Clinical Position

* Collaborate with healthcare providers and pharmacy staff to deliver patient-centered care and promote cost-effective drug therapy.
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Pharmacy, Doctor of Pharmacy, or other advanced pharmacy degree preferred.
* PGY1 Pharmacy Residency or three years of clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
* Applicable State Pharmacy License required.
* BLS and ACLS certifications may be required for some facilities based on department requirements and pharmacist role.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
