About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Skyline Enterprises. As a key member of our real estate management department, you will be responsible for the technical supervision of our properties, including construction, repair, and renovation work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive supervision of foundation-owned properties
  • Independent execution of construction, repair, and renovation work
  • Acting as the client for renovation, new construction, and conversion projects
  • Organizing maintenance and repair work to ensure building technology
  • Conducting a building check to determine and document necessary maintenance measures
  • Supporting our foundation departments and other central services in construction projects in rented properties
Requirements
