About the Job

We are looking for a skilled HR Coordinator to join our team at Performance Food Group. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR Department and ensuring a seamless experience for employees.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting employee leave of absences and worker's compensation claims.
  • Administrating benefits for employees, including new hires and changes.
  • Maintaining personnel records and filing documents pertaining to HR or payroll.
  • Tracking vacation, sick time, and holidays taken by employees.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with employees and management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An associate's or bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant HR work experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
