The Preconstruction Manager will be responsible for leading estimating activities, organizing conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, cost studies, and competitive bids. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, applying their knowledge and skills to handle complex problems, share expertise, and ensure alignment between schedule, execution strategy, and estimate.
