We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care Float Pool team at Ogden Regional Medical Center. As a Critical Care Float Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in our ICU, PCU, and ED units, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Deliver holistic, individualized care to patients using the nursing process
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve patient-centered care
- Provide expert clinical practice, strong leadership skills, and management activities
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Current State of Utah Registered Nurse license or RN Compact license
- Associate Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred
- At least one-year acute care hospital experience required
