We offer competitive pay rates, with weekday pay rates of $64.53 per point and weekend rates of $67.47 per point. Our nurses also have the opportunity to earn exclusive bonuses and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

As a home health nurse with connectRN Inc, you will provide independent, exceptional care to patients in their homes, including comprehensive assessments and creating individualized care plans. You will also be responsible for timely and thorough documentation using HomeCare HomeBase.

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a current and unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN), at least 1 year of Certified Home Health experience, and current CPR certification. Additional certifications in home health or geriatric care are preferred.
