Resort Brand Ambassador

The Seasonal Resort Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in bringing the resort brand strategy to life at our New Hampshire resorts (Crotched & Mount Sunapee). This position is ideal for a marketing professional who can work cross-functionally with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute events and activations that elevate the guest experience, leveraging market insights and resort brand knowledge.
• Partner Integration: Work closely with the Strategic Alliance team to integrate partners on-mountain/in-resort, creating opportunities and value through successful events, activations, signage, and other deliverables.
• Content Capture and Promotion: Assist in capturing high-quality content for social media, website, and marketing purposes, managing creative vendors, and facilitating the flow of content into centralized teams.
• In-Resort Messaging and Signage: Oversee the manifestation of the resort's brand in guest-facing materials, including signage, messaging, and guest communications, promoting company-wide initiatives and lines of business.

Requirements:

• A four-year college degree, preferably in marketing, business, or communications.
• At least two years of marketing, event, sales, or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media channels.
• Excellent English language and writing skills.
• High organizational skills, attention to detail, and level of professionalism.
• A self-starter mindset, ambition, and ability to multitask.
• Reliable transportation to and from both mountains.
• Beginner-level skiing or snowboarding skills.
